Usui/Holy Fire® III First and Second Degree Reiki (Reiki 1 and 2) Training
Root and Soar Together teaches Reiki 1 and 2 in separate trainings. They are designed to take Reiki 1 prior to Reiki 2.
Why Learn Reiki 1?

Class is guided “retreat-style” designed to be nourishing and spacious. Training to include:
gentle movement and embodied energetic experiences
metaphysical teachings
attunement to the Reiki energy
practical Reiki tools to integrate into your daily life for radical self-care

Class is guided “retreat-style” centered in effortlessness, integrity and illuminating your inner authority. Experiences include:
teachings around deepening of trust with your intuition and supportive energy practices to regularly incorporate into your routine
attuning to the Reiki 2 symbols, and integration practice
guidance and experiences offering Reiki to others (full sessions and distance)
