Community Grief Tending & Gratitude Exploration Experiences

Who: For those longing to feel into wholeness, spaciousness. To tend losses and wounds and honor your deep care and love

What: 3 Community Grief Tending and Gratitude Exploration Experiences

When: 6:30-8:00 pm central Thur. Dec 11, Dec 18, & Jan 8

Where: online via zoom

Why: To cultivate peace. To tend to losses and honor what you love. To feel connected with yourself, others and something larger than yourself

Exchange: Donate the amount that is right for you ($15-$45 per session)

What to expect: An opening invocation, a guided Reiki journey, (which feels like a guided meditation), grief rituals with the opportunity to share or simply listen, and a closing

Usui/Holy Fire® First and Second Degree Reiki (Reiki 1 and 2) Training

Root and Soar Together teaches Reiki 1 and 2 in separate trainings and are designed to follow the order of Reiki 1 prior to Reiki 2.

Why Learn Reiki 1?

Reiki 1 is a powerful self-care practice. Among other benefits, Reiki can increase one's ability to:

  • think clearly and respond compassionately in high stress situations

  • feel calm and equipped to handle uncertainty, change and unwelcome events 

  • feel connected and trust in one's Self and the whole of life

  • receive certification from Root and Soar Together as a Usui/Holy Fire® First Degree Reiki Practitioner

What can I expect?

Class will be guided “retreat-style” integrating mind-body-spirit experiences including:

  • simple movement and somatic experiences

  • metaphysical teachings

  • opportunities to receive and attune to the Reiki energy

  • practical Reiki tools to integrate into your daily life

Exchange: $30 materials fee +$249 standard rate/ $349 supporter rate/ $149 reduced rate
